How it works
Regular, Squad or Student. Name your two friends on a Squad. Enter your card once on your own phone — Stripe holds it, we never see it.
Add it to your home screen. It shows your code, the free visits you have left this month and your next payment. No app to download.
Book online with your mobile number and the price changes in front of you — £0 for your free visit, £18.75 an hour after it. Or walk in and show your card at the desk.
The small print, in plain English
When can I use it?
Monday to Thursday, any time of day. Friday from 2 to 6pm. One visit a day, up to two hours. Friday evenings and weekends are at the normal price — book them as usual.
What does the free visit include?
Any room, up to two hours, the whole group — the room is free, not just your seat. One free visit a month on Regular and Student; three between you on a Squad. Want longer? Hours after the first two are at the room's normal weekday rate.
Does £18.75 an hour really mean every room?
Yes. Dark Knight, Gladiator, Matrix, Prestige, Goodfellas or Rush Hour, all at £18.75 an hour after your free visit. Over 12 in a large suite is the usual £5 a head an hour.
How do I pay?
A card on file, charged monthly through Stripe. You enter it once on your own phone when you join. No card at the desk, no bank details.
How do I cancel?
Two-month minimum, then cancel any time from the Manage button on your card. It runs to the end of the month you have paid for, then stops. No phone call, no forms.
Why does it say "price for the first 50"?
The first 50 people to join pay £49, £99 or £39 a month for as long as they stay. From member 51 it is £59, £119 and £49. The perks are the same on all three.
Where is my card?
On your phone — open it from the link we send and add it to your home screen. It shows your code, your free visits left and your next payment. Show it at the desk.
FOMO Student — what do I need?
A valid student ID on the door, the first time you visit. Without it the membership pauses until we see it. The STUDENT10 code still works for students who are not members.
T&Cs
1. Price and billing
FOMO Regular £49, FOMO Squad £99, FOMO Student £39 a month for the first 50 to join, kept for as long as you stay; £59, £119 and £49 from member 51. Paid monthly by card through Stripe: the first payment when you join, then on the same date each month.
2. Minimum term
Two months. After that it rolls monthly.
3. Cancelling
Any time after the minimum, from Manage on your card. It runs to the end of the month you have paid for; no refunds for part months.
4. What you get
One visit a month on us (three between you on a Squad): any room, up to two hours, the whole group. After that, every room at £18.75 an hour. Monday to Thursday all day, Friday 2 to 6pm; one visit a day; hours after two at the room's normal weekday rate; over 12 in a large suite, £5 a head an hour as usual. Exclusions: membership pricing does not apply on bank holidays or on Eid (Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha), and does not include the XL Suite — those are at the normal price.
5. Squad
Three named phones, one of them the card holder; one room at a time; names can be changed at the desk once a month.
6. Student
A valid student ID on the door the first time you visit; without it the membership pauses until we see one.
7. Failed payments
Your card is retried for seven days and the perks pause meanwhile; if it still has not cleared, the membership ends. A membership that ends inside its minimum cannot start again for six months.
8. The rest
Personal and not transferable; no cash value; house rules apply; food and drink from our menu only. We may change these terms with 30 days' notice by email; a price change never applies inside your minimum. FOMO Lounge, Unit 1, Millow Street, Manchester M4 4DR · 0161 676 6956.
