Welcome to FOMO Lounge. By entering and using our facilities, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These rules are in place to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful environment for all guests. Please read carefully.
1. General Rules
1.1 No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises, including all rooms and communal areas.
1.2 No Alcohol: Alcoholic beverages are not allowed anywhere on the premises.
1.3 No Outside Food or Drink: Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Guests may only consume items purchased or provided by the lounge (if applicable).
1.4 No Food or Drinks on Tables: Food and drinks are strictly prohibited on or near the snooker and pool tables at all times. This rule helps maintain the condition and longevity of the equipment.
2. Booking and Usage
2.1 Booking Times: Guests must adhere to their booked time slots. Any usage beyond the allocated time will incur additional charges, as outlined in the pricing structure.
2.2 Late Arrivals: Late arrival does not extend the booking time, and guests are still required to vacate the premises at the scheduled end of their session. Guests can extend their booking depending on availability at a pro-rata rate.
2.3 Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance in order to get a full refund. Cancellations after this period are not eligible for a refund.
3. Safety and Surveillance
3.1 CCTV Monitoring: CCTV cameras are installed in all rooms and communal areas for the safety and security of all guests and staff. By entering the premises, you consent to being recorded.
3.2 Personal Belongings: The lounge is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. Guests are advised to keep their valuables secure.
3.3 Equipment Use: Guests must handle all equipment with care. Any damage to tables, cues, or other property due to misuse will result in charges to cover repair or replacement costs.
4. Parking
4.1 Free Parking: Private parking is available free of charge during your stay. The lounge is not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss related to vehicles or their contents.
5. Conduct and Respect
5.1 Behavior: Guests must behave respectfully toward staff and other patrons. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal from the premises without a refund.
5.2 Dress Code: Guests are expected to wear appropriate attire while on the premises.
5.3 Noise Levels: Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests. Excessive noise may result in a warning or removal.
6. Liability
6.1 Liability Waiver: The lounge is not liable for any injuries sustained while on the premises unless caused by gross negligence on our part.
6.2 Compliance: Guests are required to comply with all local laws and regulations while on the premises.
7. Additional Policies
7.1 Children: Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
7.2 Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises, except for service animals.
7.3 Right to Refuse Service: The lounge reserves the right to refuse entry or service to anyone at its discretion.
